Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping
We are only able to ship to the billing address listed on your credit card/PayPal account and your address must be verifiable in our postal address verification system.
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours* from the time we receive your order unless otherwise noted.
*Orders received on Saturday after 10:30 am PST will be sent out on Monday.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been processed for shipping.
All orders that are over $400.00 in total value are sent out "adult signature required" for delivery.
Upon request, "signature required" deliveries can be added at the customers request at no additional charge.
Lost or Damaged Items
We do everything we can to insure that the item you purchased is packed safe and secure and will be delivered as scheduled but in the unfortunate event that you do receive an item that was damaged during shipping or if your package does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us immediately by phone or email.
Return shipping labels are provided at no additional charge for you to print out and we can also arrange to have the package picked up if necessary.
If needed, customers must fully cooperate with the shipping agent during the claims process for any lost or damaged merchandise in order to receive a refund.
Returned Packages
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code from us which will be provided to you via email once your return is approved. For more details, please review our Returns Policy.
We are not responsible for any item(s) returned to us as "undeliverable" provided that the address on the initial order form matches the address printed on the shipping label. If this occurs we will contact you to make alternative shipping arrangements and additional fees may apply.
International Shipping (Currently Unavailable)
We use USPS Priority Express International and a signature is required upon delivery.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time we receive your order and you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
International shipments may be subject to inspection by Customs Officials causing your shipment to be delayed for a period of time.
We are not responsible for covering the shipping costs on any item returned to us by international customs agents.
We cannot anticipate VAT or other foreign duties. If you are an international customer, please be aware that your country may assess import duties/taxes and any taxes or fees assessed are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Due to international shipping regulations we are not allowed to designate any item as a "gift" or mark the value of the item less than the actual cost of the item when it was sold.
