Returns & Refunds

We stand behind all of the merchandise we offer at Salt River Collectibles and if you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased from us, you can return the item and receive a full refund for the purchase price within the first 30 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible to receive a full refund, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition and returned in the original box with all of the original packaging materials.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code from us which will be provided to you via email along the return shipping label once your return is approved.
Lost or Damaged Items
We do everything we can to insure that the item you purchased is packed safe and secure and will be delivered as scheduled but in the unfortunate event that you do receive an item that was damaged during shipping or if your package does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us immediately by phone or email.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the time we receive the returned merchandise and will be credited back in accordance with the payment method that was originally utilized for the purchase.
If needed, customers must fully cooperate with the shipping agent during the claims process for any lost or damaged merchandise in order to receive a full refund.
Please Note: You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed. Please review your order for accuracy and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies as we are not responsible for lost packages sent to an incorrect address and additional shipping fees may apply.
