- These Sterling Silver Ice Tongs were designed by Leonore Doskow and retailed by Tiffany Co. Circa 1950's
- The ice tongs feature a square rod design and is one continuous rod that has been twisted into spring.
- Leonore Doskow (1911-2008) was featured in the 1973 edition of Silver Magazine and once had a sugar bowl which she designed exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1940. Her company, Leonore Doskow, Inc. which her and her husband started in the mid to late 1930's manufactured silver novelties of her own design which were sold to upscale retail stores throughout the country.

Due to the varying schools of thought concerning cleaning Vintage Sterling Silver we do not clean or polish any of these type of items and instead choose to leave that decision in the hands of our customers.
